Below will give you an idea of our delivery charges, please note that 99% of orders fall within our £8.95 charge and customers receive their order within 2 days.

Delivery is cheaper for orders placed online, just £8.95 is charged per order no matter how large or small the consignmment, if your over is over £500 then delivery is FREE. For orders not placed online, we have a minimum delivery charge of £8.95 for orders upto 20 kilos and charge a small fee per kilo above this. Delivery is FREE for all offline orders over £500.

On a whole we lose money on our delivery costs, we certainly don't try to make a profit. You are also welcome to collect or send your own courier in to collect. We can deliver to anywhere in Europe and in fact the world, however this is an individual service and has to be quoted on an individual basis per order.

We use various methods of delivery including our own transport for very local orders, Royal Mail, UPS, Fedex, Tuffnells, Interlink & Pallet Ways depending on who offers the most suitable delivery service

Local deliveries (if you are based in Leicester ) are FREE of charge.

Online orders for Bubble Wrap, Corrugated Paper and large items are calculated on a per order basis and do not fall within our standard £8.95 charge, we will call you to advise of any additional delivery costs

When will i get my order?

Standard delivery for stock items is a 1-5 day service, however we try and send every order on a next-day delivery as standard.

If your order is urgent or required for a particular day we ask you to call us on 0116 2557731 after placing your online order, give us the online reference number and discuss with us exactly when you need it. We will then confirm stock availability for you and arrange a delivery service to suit. Our delivery services include next-day, same-day, Saturday, pre 12.30, pre 10.30 and more. Extra charges will apply for these services

We hold massive quantities of all popular items held in our premises in Leicester, however please note that if you order an item which is not in stock or is a special order item our sites will still process the order and take payment, your goods will be sent as soon as they are back in stock. We urge you to follow up your order with a call to us so your allocated and dedicated sales manager can advise you of the current stock and E.T.A. Please call 0116 2557731 Thank you.

If your goods are damaged or there are items missing in transit we must be notified within 24 hours.

If we have sent you the wrong item and it is proven to be our mistake we need to know within 2 days

Should you simply want to change your mind we need to know within 2 days and a handling fee will be charged, you are responsible for returning the goods safely back to us and they must be in as new re-saleable condition for a refund to be generated.

If a return is required through no fault of our own, "the customer" is responsible for re-packaging and returning the goods in good, resalable condition using a reputable transport company and must be a signed for service at the customers cost. A 35% restock fee and our actual cost of our outbound carriage is deducted from your refund, all refunds are made at the end of the month that the goods are returned to us. No returns accepted after 5 days.

Special order items and made to order products cannot be returned.
